in England, with an experience of 15 years teaching
and practising Pilates. Ana is one of the precursors

The Spine Corrector (also called
"Step Barrel") is a Pilates aparatus
with excellent therapeutic results as it allows
one to correct many injuries and imbalances in
the spine, while providing a great stretching
exercise for the spine and legs.
The Spine Corrector is one of the most effective
Pilates barrels to correct and rehabilitate imbalances
in the spine. It is ideal for aligning
and mobilizing the spine, improving posture and
developing balance and control. It also provides
a complete & intense abdominal workout and
it lengthens and strengthens the torso, back,
shoulders and legs.
The Spine
Corrector, with its slanted platform and wooden
handgrips, can be used to modify or enhance a
wide variety of exercises and is designed to fully
support the body, allowing for multi-dimensional
movements through a full range of motion.

As stated by many doctors, Pilates
is an excellent choice for prenatal exercise as
it strengthens the most important muscles used
during pregnancy and labor. Pregnant pilates exercises
builds abdominal, back and pelvic muscles that
support more comfortable pregnancies and deliveries.
This helps to prepare the body for labor and guarantees
a faster recovery after birth.
Post-natal Pilates is also famous for helping
new moms to get their figures back. In addition,
this mind-body method of exercise will make you
feel better and experience fewer discomforts after
starting a class.
Pilates for Pregnancy offers several benefits

"Bhangralates"
is an innovative method that combines Pilates
therapeutic & strenghtening skills and the
energetic & joyful Bhangra dance together
with the physical and spiritual benefits of Yoga.
As Bhangra
dance is a very dynamic type of dance which requires
a strong body and high levels of energy, Bhangralates
sessions start with a series of Pilates
exercises specifically designed to fulfil the
requirements of Bhangra dance in order
to warm up and strengthen the body. These exercises
also help to prevent any injuries and provide
better body alignment, improve body-centre strength
and increase endurance for dancing.
Once the body is fully prepared, we activate our
body and energy by learning
Bhangra dance steps and moves.
Bhangra dance
is one of the most lively, energetic, explosive
and colorful forms of dance existing nowadays.
It emerged from the North of India (Punjab region)
hundreds of years ago. Since then, Bhangra culture
has developed dramatically and this has prompted
its massive increase in popularity. Bhangra began
as a folk dance conducted by farmers to celebrate
the coming of Spring, a time known as Vaisakhi.
Today, Bhangra survives in different forms and
styles all over the globe - including pop music,
film soundtracks, and even collegiate competitions
and is now performed at every major celebration,
in clubs..etc.
Bhangra is, undeniably, a very
rich art form, originating from the folk traditions,
warriors and legends of the Punjab. The sparkling
colours, beats and rhythms of Bhangra compel everyone
to tap their feet in time to the music.
The vibrant rythim and moves of this form of dance
help to stimulate both brain hemispheres and balance
the emotional (right side) and rational (left
side) areas of the brain. In addition it improves
coordination and is a full body workout which
shapes up and tones up the body.

SUP Pilates/Yoga
allows you to enjoy the strength and grace of

Yoga on the Stand Up Paddle Board is a challenging
and refreshing practice that combines two great
core workouts to build strength, flexibility and
balance in an outdoor environment.
Stand Up Paddle
Surf (also called SUP) is the latest and fastest
growing water-sport across the world. It was born
in Hawaii, and combines the traditional Polynesian
outrigger canoe paddling with Surf. SUP boards
are large surfboards propelled by a standing paddler
who uses an extra-long canoe paddle. They provide
a fun and intense core-based balance challenge
workout full of benefits, not only cardiovascular
but also postural and strenghtening.
As the board
is floating on water, in order to stand on the
board and paddle, the paddler must recruit constantly
the deep stabilizing muscles of the pelvis and
spine. Furthermore practising Pilates core-based
exercises on the board enhances the recruitment

of Pilates and builds extra flexibility, muscle

Therapeutic Yoga is a
modality of Yoga which is focused on the treatment
of people with physical and/or mental limitations.
It has been specifically designed to enhance the
bodys own capacity to heal, therefore
it is a particularly effective practice for those
recovering from, or living with, injury or illness.
Therapeutic Yoga fuses Restorative Yoga (supported
postures), Gentle Yoga, Breathwork, Hands-on healing,
and Guided meditation techniques in such a way
that it is an excellent choice for those who need
something gentle yet effective for bringing the
body into balance and reducing stress.
It is highly flexible Yoga practice
to accommodate the needs of patients with different
conditions and physical abilities. .Therapeutic

Dynamic/Vinyasa
Yoga is an ancient Oriental practice that provides
numerous health benefits: Physically, sweat expels
toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the
synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps
to release any blockage of energy flow throughout
your body. Additionally, it tones the internal
organs, strenghtens the connective tissue, corrects
spine's misalignment & injuries, develops
a good breathing technique, provides deep relaxation
and purifies the spirit, among other benefits.
Vinyasa
means "breath-synchronized movement.
Dynamic/Vinyasa Yoga is a series of poses
that will move you through the power of inhaling
and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing
and almost dance-like, which explains why it is
sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just
Flow.
The main difference between Dynamic/Vinyasa Yoga
and other Yoga styles
consists in its emphasis in movement to make posible
the transition between the postures (asanas) included
in each session. This allows to achieve more fluidity
and harmony in the classes, as a great Universal
dance that connects body, soul & mind with
the One-ness.
In our Dynamic/Vinyasa Yoga classes we
also apply Pilates Method principles in order
to provide a safer practice & to strenghten
the core or energy centre of the body.
We
offer Dynamic/Vinyasa Yoga sessions on demand
for groups, retreats and private & semi-private
sessions in Ibiza (Spain), Hawaii,
San Francisco (USA) & England.
Tuition is available in both ENGLISH and SPANISH.

is a very special type of massage for the whole

several types of massage in one.
